A Free Headshot Pop-Up

A local photographer turned the meeting room into a studio so professionals, business owners, and a new nonprofit could leave with useful images.

By Charles Dill

Yesterday, The Valley’s conference room transformed into a full-on photo studio.

Local photographer Olivia Stropeset up her lights and camera, and we opened the doors.

About 20 people rolled through: professionals updating their headshots, business owners finally getting a solid LinkedIn photo, a new nonprofit team grabbing their first group shot.

No invoices. No upsells. Just good lighting and five minutes that could land someone a job interview, or help launch a business.

Big thanks to Olivia for joining us, and to everyone who stopped by.

Days like this remind us what The Valley’s here for — helping Cambridge’s doers and dreamers keep moving forward.

Bring it into the room.
