Information you choose to share
Newsletter signup collects your first name, email address, signup date, and the page where you subscribed. We use that information to send Valley news and program updates. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter or email us to correct or remove your record.
Event RSVP collects your name, email address, guest count, event, and submission date. RSVPing also adds your email to the Valley list with that event RSVP recorded as the subscription source. Every email includes an unsubscribe option.
When you book time, reserve space, apply to a program, or make a purchase, the details you enter are handled by the service shown on that page. TidyCal handles scheduling. OfficeRnD handles workspace, room, and checkout activity.
Site analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to manage measurement. PostHog and Google Analytics help us understand page visits, navigation, newsletter completion, scheduling steps, and booking or checkout activity. Google Ads measurement may record whether a visit leads to one of those actions. Analytics may include your browser, device, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked, and an anonymous visitor identifier. Newsletter names and email addresses are not sent to these analytics services by our signup form.
PostHog and Google may use cookies or similar browser storage for measurement. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, though some site behavior may be less reliable as a result.
Where information is processed
Newsletter and event RSVP records are sent through this site to Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google Sheet. Site analytics are processed by PostHog and Google. Scheduling and checkout information are processed by TidyCal and OfficeRnD when you use those services.
Retention and choices
We keep newsletter information until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. Booking, transaction, and business records may be kept as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Analytics are kept according to our PostHog project settings.
To ask what information we hold, correct it, or request deletion, email andrew@thevalleyhub.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We will update this page when the site, our services, or our data practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
